Win
1. Go to phomemo website. (https://phomemo.com/)
2. Click on "Support" -> "Download Center" -> Find "PM-246S".
3. Download "Diagnostic Tool For Windows" and "bin" file (for example "Q027-PM-246S-V221.bin")
4. Install "Diagnostic Tool For Windows". After installation connect your printer with your windows via USB cable.
5. Click "Read" to check if the connection is successful.
6. Click "Firmware Updates" -> "Select Firmware" ("bin" file (for example "Q027-PM-246S-V221.bin")) which download form phomemo website -> Click "Update"
7. Print a test page to check if the update is successful: Press feed button, after the blue light flash 1 time, release, printer will print a test page. Check software version. (for example "Q027-PM-246S-V221.bin" software version is the last three numbers: V2.2.1)
